FAQ

1. Amazon sellers are not permitted.  
2. All paid orders received by Tuesday will be prepared in South Korea and shipped to our local warehouse in Canada.  
3. Once the packages arrive in Canada, each order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Toronto to the final destination.  
4. Lead time: For the Greater Toronto Area (GTA): approximately 10 to 20 days; for other provinces: 15 to 25 days.  
5. The minimum order amount is $1,000.00, and shipping is free within Canada, except for rural areas. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.  
6. Every wholesale member must sign up.  
7. We reserve the right to reject wholesale requests at any time.  
8. There are member tiers based on the cumulative total of purchase orders.  
9. The order will be processed only after it is reviewed and fully paid.
10. For Payment, we only accept payment via wire transfer or e-transfer.
11. We are shipping ordered products from Canada. The price reflects all international shipping costs and duties.
